Pastry Chef/ Baker
Table 128 seeks a full-time, highly skilled and motivated pastry chef with a passion for creative cuisine who excels in a busy and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in baking bread and desserts. The Baker/Pastry Chef will work closely with Chef Lynn Pritchard on creating a dessert menu and baking processes, but will also be given the opportunity to be creative and influence menu decisions.
Table 128 is open 11 am - 10 pm Monday through Friday and 4 - 10 pm on Saturdays. We are closed Sunday.
Hours for this position have historically been 8 am -3 pm, Tuesday - Saturday, but the opportunity to adjust the days and hours for this position to fit your scheduling needs exists for the right candidate.

Front of House Hospitality Professional (Server)
Opening in 2013, Table 128 is a 75-seat neighborhood restaurant located in Clive that
is a destination for locals and travelers alike, featuring eclectic, modern American
chef-driven cuisine prepared with local, seasonally inspired ingredients.
Table 128 seeks a full-time server with knowledge of the finer details of service, a
passion for creative cuisine, as well as a love and workable knowledge of wine and
craft cocktails who wants to contribute to and excel in a busy and fast-paced
environment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-years service experience in a
full-service dining establishment, knowledge of wine and wine service, working
knowledge of spirits and understands elements of fine dining service including, but
not limited to coursing, clearing, communicating with the kitchen and above all else,
Hours of operation are 11 am - 10 pm Monday through Friday and 4 - 10 pm on
Saturdays. Closed Sunday. Full-time servers are expected to work five shifts per week
(20-30 hours per week). For the right candidate, we are willing to create a schedule
that best meets their needs, which could include only lunch shifts, only dinner shifts or
a combination of both. Lunch shifts are typically 10:30 am - 2:30/3 pm and dinner
shifts have staggered start times (4, 4:30, 5 pm) and end most evenings around 10:30
Earning potential & benefits:
The position is hourly plus gratuities. A well-seasoned, talented service professional
can expect to make around $25/hour.
