Materra Wine Dinner with Brian Cunat, Proprietor

We are so excited to have you join us for our first wine dinner of 2021 with Brian Cunat, Proprietor of Materra Wines.  Chef Lynn Pritchard has put together an outstanding spring menu paired with four Materra wines. 

We are limiting in-person dining to 50 people. Guests will be seated at private tables (socially distanced). Groups of up to six people will be accommodated; please note who you would like to sit with us when reserving your tickets.

SALMON TOASTS | flaked skuna bay salmon, crème fraiche, minced red onion, caper berry, salmon roe

FRIED OYSTER TOSTADA | creamed chorizo, spinach, cornmeal, citrus aioli

GOURGERE | savory gruyere cream puff, sweet peas & carrot

FIRST | PRAWNS + NOODLE | grilled blue prawns, ginger soy dashi, braised baby choy, honey-roasted pineapple, udon

pairing: Chardonnay, Shinkan Materra, 2020


MAIN | PORK OSSO BUCCO | braised pork shank, squash puree, sauteed frisee, black currant jus

pairing: Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, Midnight Materra, 2016


DESSERT | HAND PIE | apples, ginger, flaky pastry, ginger ice cream

pairing: viognier, Materra, Oak Knoll District, 2019
