Welcome to Seasons at the Table, the official blog of Table 128. I’ve always believed that the best meals are about more than just food — they’re about connection, inspiration, and a moment in time.

This blog is where we share the stories behind what happens at Table 128. You’ll find posts about the inspiration behind our menus, the wines we love pairing with them, and the incredible ingredients that guide our cooking. You’ll also get a look behind the scenes — at our kitchen team, our partnerships with local farmers, and the creative process that shapes what you see on the plate.

Just like our menus, what you’ll find here will change with the seasons. Some weeks we’ll talk about a favorite cocktail or Happy Hour pairing. Other weeks we’ll walk through the process of creating our Saturday Chef’s Tasting Menu. Sometimes we’ll just share what’s inspiring us — because inspiration is meant to be shared.

My hope is that this becomes an extension of what happens in our dining room: a place to gather, slow down, and celebrate good food together.
