Chef’s Tasting Menu at Table 128
A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, December 13, 2025
Every Saturday, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu that celebrates the season and the ingredients inspiring our kitchen right now. These menus are never repeated — each week reflects a new moment, a new idea, and a new expression of winter cooking.
This week’s tasting brings together brightness, balance, and warmth. We begin with beets and burrata layered over spiced carrot purée, finished with mustard vinaigrette, pickled mustard, dill, and hazelnuts. The second course features seared ahi tuna paired with sweet potato purée, vanilla gastrique, sesame, mango, and roe — a dish that blends richness with freshness.
For dessert, we’re finishing with a winter flatbread: caramelized apples, toasted walnuts, rosemary, honey, and crumbled citrus feta — sweet, savory, and grounded in the flavors of the season.
Optional wine pairings are available to complement each course.

From the Table 128 Team
Each tasting menu tells a new story of the season — from the earthiness of beets and hazelnuts to the brightness of citrus and honey, to the warmth of sweet potato and caramelized apples. These dishes were written for early winter: comforting yet vibrant, familiar yet layered with flavor.
We’d be honored to cook for you this Saturday. Bring someone you love, settle in, and let us take care of the rest.
What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
