Join us for a truly special evening as Chef Lynn Pritchard of Table 128 welcomes back his longtime friend, Chef Justin Wills, for a collaborative one-night-only dinner. Together, they’ll craft a seven-course tasting menu that weaves together their individual styles, seasonal ingredients, and a shared passion for thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking.

About the Chefs:

• Chef Lynn Pritchard (Table 128 & Hugo’s Wood-Fired Kitchen, Des Moines) is known for his refined approach to seasonal New American cuisine, bringing warmth, balance, and deep local ties to every dish he creates.

• Chef Justin Wills (Restaurant Beck & Sorella, Oregon Coast) is celebrated for his award-winning exploration of Pacific Northwest flavors. A Dowling High alum and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Justin is a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist and was named a Food & Wine People’s Best New Chef.

Together, they’ll present three courses each, with a collaborative dessert to finish the evening.

$135 per guest (ticketed reservation; tax & gratuity not included)

Optional wine pairings will be available to add the night of the event for $55 per guest, or feel free to explore selections from our full wine and cocktail menus. Beverages, tax, and gratuity will be settled at the end of the evening.
