A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, December 20, 2025

Each Saturday evening at Table 128, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu — a three-course dinner designed to reflect the season and the ingredients inspiring our kitchen in that moment.

This week’s menu leans into the warmth and elegance of late December — rich, comforting flavors balanced with brightness and restraint.

We begin with tuna tartare, paired with roasted delicata squash, beluga lentil ragout, and blistered tomato coulis — a dish that brings together freshness and depth in equal measure.

The second course features braised Kurobuta pork shank, served with blue cheese whipped potatoes, snow peas, and a port wine and fig demi. Slow-cooked and deeply savory, it’s a dish meant for a winter evening.

Dessert is a classic orange soufflé, light and aromatic, finished with Grand Marnier — a fitting, elegant close to the meal.

Optional wine pairings are available for each course.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
