A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, December 27, 2025
Each Saturday evening at Table 128, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu — a three-course dinner designed to reflect the season and the ingredients inspiring our kitchen in that moment.
This week’s menu feels especially fitting for the days between Christmas and the New Year — comforting, celebratory, and gently indulgent.
We begin with phyllo bites, filled with Gruyère and chives, paired with squash purée and a petit salad of crispy leeks, microgreens, and truffle. It’s rich yet light, and a welcoming way to start the evening.
The second course features glazed airline chicken, finished with cranberry and thyme, served alongside sweet potato fondant, whipped ricotta, and pecan crumble. A dish rooted in winter flavors, balanced with brightness and texture.
Dessert brings a graceful close with honey cheesecake — orange blossom honey, citrus gelée, fennel Chantilly, and pistachio. Soft, aromatic, and perfectly suited for the final weekend of the year.
Optional wine pairings are available for each course.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
