A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, January 10, 2026

Each Saturday evening, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu — a three-course dinner that reflects the season, the ingredients inspiring us, and the rhythm of the kitchen in that moment.

After a brief pause while we celebrated the New Year, we’re excited to welcome the return of our Chef’s Tasting Menu this Saturday.

This week’s menu leans into winter comfort with clarity and balance.

We begin with ricotta toast, layered with house-made ricotta, truffle, prosciutto, crisp apple, pistachio, and radish on toasted focaccia — rich and bright, with just enough contrast to wake up the palate.

The second course is duck confit, brined with fennel pollen and juniper, served with potato and parsnip purée, braised red cabbage, wilted arugula, and apple butter. Deep, warming flavors grounded in winter.

Dessert brings a classic close with dark chocolate pot de crème, finished with salted caramel, whipped cream, toasted pecans, and a cocoa nib tuile — simple, elegant, and comforting.

Optional wine pairings are available for each course.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
