Chef’s Tasting Menu at Table 128
A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, January 17, 2026
Each Saturday evening, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu — a three-course dinner designed to reflect the season, the ingredients inspiring us, and the rhythm of the kitchen in that moment.
This week’s menu leans into winter comfort with depth and warmth.
We begin with short rib arancini, made with braised beef short ribs and arborio rice, crisped and served with a rich mushroom bordelaise — a familiar comfort elevated.
The second course features pork osso bucco, slow-braised pork shank paired with fennel pollen– and brown sugar–cured pork belly, Swiss chard, cauliflower mash, and crispy leeks. Deeply savory, layered, and perfect for a January evening.
Dessert brings balance and surprise with parsnip cake, accented by crushed pineapple, walnuts, cardamom, sesame meringue, whipped crème fraîche, and tahini mousse — warm, spiced, and gently unexpected.
Optional wine pairings are available for each course.

From the Table 128 Team
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is written fresh each week by Chef Lynn and the culinary team, offering a seasonal snapshot of what we’re most excited to cook right now. This week’s menu is rooted in warmth and comfort — the kind of meal meant to be enjoyed slowly.
We’d be honored to cook for you this Saturday.
What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
