A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, January 24, 2026

Each Saturday evening, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu — a three-course dinner inspired by the season and the ingredients guiding the kitchen that week.

This week’s menu feels like a celebration of winter comfort and contrast — crisp, rich, bright, and deeply satisfying.

We begin with fingerling potatoes, roasted and fried, served with truffled house-made ricotta, capers, dill, lemon zest, and thyme. A simple ingredient elevated with texture and aroma.

The second course features a classic cassoulet, layered with confit duck leg, cannellini beans, garlic sausage, pork belly, and braised chard. Slow-cooked, hearty, and grounding — a dish made for cold January evenings.

Dessert brings a light and elegant finish with pavlova, dried meringue topped with berry compote, candied fruits, and lemon.

Optional wine pairings are available with each course.
