A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, January 31, 2026
Each Saturday evening, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only tasting menu — a three-course dinner inspired by the season, the ingredients guiding the kitchen, and the moment we’re cooking in right now.
This week’s menu leans into depth and contrast — bold flavors balanced with brightness and restraint.
We begin with octopus and pork belly, pairing charred Spanish octopus with braised Kurobuta pork belly, finished with lemon emulsion, smoked paprika, capers, and olive oil. A dish built on richness, acidity, and smoke.
The second course features lamb shank, slow-braised in red wine and veal stock, served with creamy russet potato purée, pearl onions, and roasted tomato and carrot. Classic, comforting, and deeply satisfying.
Dessert brings a refined close with chocolate cake, layered with chocolate sponge, toasted meringue, raspberry sorbet, and chocolate ganache — rich but balanced, with brightness to finish.
Optional wine pairings are available with each course.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
