A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, December 6, 2025
Each Saturday evening, Chef Lynn and the culinary team craft a one-night-only menu — a tasting designed to reflect the week’s ingredients, the rhythm of the season, and the kind of cooking that feels right for this moment in the year.
Last week’s snowstorm forced us to close the restaurant and postpone the menu we had prepared — so this Saturday, we’re bringing that menu back exactly as it was written, giving it the evening it deserves.
This week’s tasting leans into early-winter comfort: crisp greens and smoky bacon, slow-braised short ribs layered with depth and warmth, and a sweet, nutty dessert that feels perfectly suited for December.
We begin with a wedge salad — crisp iceberg lettuce with applewood-smoked bacon, creamy blue cheese, tomato, onion ring, and toasted bread crumbs. A cool, refreshing start balanced by richness and crunch.
The second course, short rib ragù, is everything we love about this time of year: slow-braised beef short ribs, wide pappardelle, roasted plum tomatoes, aromatics, red wine, and Parmigiano. Deep, warming flavors built to slow down the table.
Dessert brings a balance of nuttiness and elegance with a vanilla & pecan tart — pecan cream, praline, vanilla caramel, and vanilla-whipped ganache layered into a soft, sweet finale.
Optional wine pairings are available to complement each course.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
