A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, November 22, 2025

Each Saturday evening at Table 128, Chef Lynn and the culinary team craft a one-night-only dining experience — a menu designed to reflect the season, highlight the ingredients that inspire us most, and tell a story through three carefully composed courses.

This week’s Chef’s Tasting Menu captures the cozy, generous spirit of late November — where warmth meets brightness and comfort takes center stage.

We begin with squash — a pairing of roasted delicata and smooth butternut purée, finished with burrata, pistachios, and saba. A dish that’s rich yet light, and unmistakably autumn.

The second course, chicken ballotine, brings depth and comfort. Stuffed with pancetta and sausage, served with creamed leeks, curried spinach, and crushed almonds, it’s an elegant nod to classic fall flavors — familiar yet elevated.

Dessert celebrates one of the season’s great comforts: carrot cake. Ours is layered with mascarpone sweet cream, toasted walnuts, and candied carrots — a soft, spiced ending that feels both nostalgic and new.

Each course may be paired with carefully selected wines to enhance the flavors of the evening.

This week, the story is one of warmth and balance — the sweetness of squash and saba, the savory depth of chicken with pancetta and leeks, and the soft spice of carrot cake with mascarpone cream.

Each course is written with intention, inviting guests to slow down, savor the season, and share in the experience of the table.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
