A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, November 15, 2025
Each Saturday evening at Table 128, Chef Lynn and the culinary team create a one-night-only dining experience that reflects the rhythm of the season — a Chef’s Tasting Menu designed to capture what’s inspiring us most in the kitchen right now.
This week’s tasting leans deeply into fall: earthy, warm, and layered with comfort.
We begin with mushroom & ricotta agnolotti — handmade pasta filled with house ricotta, folded with hen of the woods and lion’s mane mushrooms, served with caulilini and a velvety mushroom purée. A dish that celebrates the heart of the season.
The second course, duck confit, is rustic and rich — paired with roasted garlic and potato purée, autumn squash, pumpkin seed pesto, and pumpkin oil. A perfect balance of texture, warmth, and quiet luxury.
Dessert brings a playful nod to tradition with pumpkin tiramisu — ladyfingers layered with roasted pumpkin, espresso, rum, and mascarpone, finished with just the right amount of spice.
Each course may be enjoyed on its own or paired with thoughtful wines curated to complement the menu.

Each course is crafted with intention and meant to be enjoyed slowly — an invitation to pause, savor, and celebrate the season at the table.
What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
