A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, November 8, 2025
Every Saturday evening at Table 128, we offer a one-night-only dining experience designed to celebrate the flavors and rhythm of the season. Each week’s Chef’s Tasting Menu is written by Chef Lynn Pritchard to reflect a moment in time — inspired by the ingredients, textures, and emotions that define it.
This week’s Chef’s Tasting Menu brings together crisp textures, subtle warmth, and elegant simplicity.
We begin with a little gem salad — dressed with pickled red onion, pancetta, garlic chips, and radish, finished in a silky butternut squash dressing that bridges freshness and fall flavor.
The second course, Chilean seabass, pairs tender fish with fingerling potatoes, sweet corn, bacon, and cream — a dish that feels both refined and deeply comforting, finished with a touch of parsley for balance.
Dessert offers a touch of elegance with poached pear — layered with a shortbread and vanilla tart shell, Meyer lemon curd, and almond cream, all kissed with champagne.
Each course can be paired with thoughtfully selected wines to complement the menu.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
