A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, November 1, 2025

Every Saturday evening at Table 128, we offer a one-night-only dining experience designed to celebrate the flavors and rhythm of the season. Each week’s Chef’s Tasting Menu is written by Chef Lynn Pritchard to reflect a moment in time — inspired by the ingredients, textures, and emotions that define it.

This week’s menu bridges the heart of autumn: bright and citrusy at the start, rich and comforting at the center, and warmly familiar to finish.

We begin with salmon ceviche — wild salmon balanced with red onion, radish, and shishito pepper, served in a sweet pepper broth that brings freshness and depth to every bite. The second course, bone-in pork loin, is paired with caramelized carrots and onions, crisp white cheddar arancini, and finished with a white wine and Dijon sauce. Dessert brings comfort with cranberry crumble cheesecake — layered with cranberry chutney, cream cheese, and a brown sugar oat crumble.

Each course may be enjoyed with optional wine pairings selected to complement the evening’s flavors.

Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is offered every Saturday alongside our regular dinner menu. Whether you join us for the tasting or your favorite classics, we’d be honored to cook for you this weekend.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
