Chef's Tasting Menu at Table 128
A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, August 16, 2025
Every Saturday at Table 128, we invite guests to experience a one-night-only tasting menu that celebrates the flavors of the season.
This week’s menu leans into late-summer abundance — sun-ripened tomatoes, fragrant basil, smoky eggplant, and bright raspberries. We begin with a vibrant panzanella salad, layered with heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a sherry vinaigrette that’s both tangy and refreshing. Next, a perfectly grilled rack of New Zealand lamb arrives alongside roasted eggplant purée, crisp zucchini “fries,” and a lemon-yogurt sauce, finished with a rich burgundy demi. For dessert, we’ll serve a creamy raspberry cheesecake made with local fruit for a sweet, silky finale.
Optional wine pairings have been chosen to enhance each course, from a crisp Italian Pinot Grigio to a lush Malbec blend, and finally, a sparkling Prosecco to toast the evening.
The dinner is $58 per person, with optional wine pairings for a total of $91. Reservations are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
