A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, August 23, 2025
Every Saturday at Table 128, we invite guests to experience a one-night-only tasting menu that celebrates the flavors of the season.
This week’s menu leans into late-summer comfort and warmth — crisp lettuce with smoky blue cheese, hearty pork layered with seasonal succotash, and a decadent, rum-soaked dessert. We begin with a playful take on the wedge, built with little gem lettuce, smoky blue and buttermilk dressing, crispy pork belly, haricot vert, heirloom tomato, and crunchy shallot. The main course brings a bone-in pork chop paired with okra, sweet corn, and lima bean succotash, lifted with Dijon vinaigrette and scallion oil. To finish, we’ll serve a spiced rum cake with crushed pecans, grilled peaches, and crème fraîche Chantilly — a finale that’s both indulgent and summery.
Optional wine pairings have been chosen to complement each course, from a crisp Finger Lakes Riesling to a layered Rhône blend, ending with a nutty, barrel-aged Madeira.
The dinner is $58 per person, with optional wine pairings for a total of $91. Reservations are recommended, though walk-ins are welcome as space allows.
