A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, August 30, 2025
Every Saturday at Table 128, we open our doors to a one-night-only dining experience that celebrates the season’s best flavors. These menus are Chef Lynn’s weekly love letter to food and community—crafted with intention, served with warmth, and designed to make each guest feel like they’re part of our table.
This week’s tasting menu leans into the playful brightness of late summer, combining coastal freshness, smoky comfort, and sweet nostalgia. We begin with a shrimp slider—gulf shrimp tossed with coconut and cabbage slaw, topped with spicy aioli and shoestring potatoes on a soft slider roll. The second course brings a backyard favorite elevated: BBQ chicken, dry-rubbed and glazed with smokey tomato barbecue sauce, paired with grilled corn, a walnut and shallot corn salad, and warm cornbread. For dessert, we celebrate peak stone fruit with a peach pie—buttery crust layered with ginger, cardamom, and turbinado sugar, served alongside house-churned vanilla bean ice cream.
