A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, September 20, 2025
Every Saturday at Table 128, we offer a one-night-only dining experience that reflects the very best of the season. Each week’s menu is designed with intention—celebrating flavor, balance, and the simple joy of gathering at the table.
This week’s tasting leans into cozy, early-fall flavors. We begin with burrata, paired with heirloom cherry tomatoes, toasted sourdough, and a drizzle of olive oil. The second course features pork tenderloin served with sweetcorn and ricotta ravioli, parsnip purée, and a rich pork jus. For dessert, we’ll finish with an olive oil pumpkin cake paired with cinnamon ice cream—a warm, spiced nod to autumn.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
