A One-Night-Only Dining Experience in Des Moines — Saturday, April 11, 2026
Each Saturday evening, Table 128 offers a Chef’s Tasting Menu — a three-course, one-night-only dinner created by Chef Lynn and the culinary team.
The menu changes weekly, is never repeated, and is served alongside our regular dinner menu. Guests may choose the tasting experience or order à la carte.
This week’s menu leans further into spring — brighter flavors, layered textures, and a balance of freshness and depth.
We begin with an octopus terrine, pairing Spanish octopus with shrimp and crab ceviche, avocado purée, grilled potato salad, and cucumber vinaigrette. A dish built around contrast — cool and warm, bright and savory.
The second course features a grilled Colorado lamb rack, served with chickpea and cashew purée, spring peas, carrot mousse, radish, and lamb jus. Refined, balanced, and deeply seasonal.
Dessert finishes with a honey-lavender cheesecake, layered with graham and hazelnut crumble, honeycomb, and raisin purée — floral, rich, and structured.
Optional wine pairings are available with each course.
