A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, March 14, 2026

Each Saturday evening, Table 128 offers a Chef’s Tasting Menu, a three-course dining experience created by Chef Lynn Pritchard and the culinary team. The menu changes weekly and is designed around seasonal ingredients and the dishes inspiring the kitchen that week.

The tasting menu is served alongside our regular dinner menu, so guests may enjoy the three-course experience or order à la carte.

This week’s tasting leans into the transition toward spring — bright, herbaceous flavors balanced with comforting dishes still suited for the season.

The evening begins with an asparagus salad, layered with lemon, Spanish anchovy, toasted breadcrumbs, olive oil, herbs, pistachios, and shaved Manchego. It’s vibrant, savory, and full of texture.

The second course features grilled Snake River Farms flank steak, served with corn, fingerling potatoes, and burrata, finished with arugula pesto.

Dessert brings a classic Mediterranean finish with baklava, made with phyllo dough, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts, cinnamon, and honey.

Optional wine pairings are available with each course.

What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
