A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings — Saturday, March 7, 2026
Each Saturday evening, Table 128 offers a Chef’s Tasting Menu, a one-night-only dining experience created by Chef Lynn Pritchard and the culinary team. The menu changes every week and is designed around seasonal ingredients and the dishes inspiring our kitchen in that moment.
The tasting is served alongside our regular dinner menu, so guests may choose the three-course experience or order à la carte.
This week’s menu begins with shellfish ceviche, combining lobster and shrimp with bright citrus, shallot, and shaved asparagus, served with toasted focaccia. It’s vibrant and refreshing, offering a light start to the evening.
The second course features braised lamb shank, served with sweet pea potato gnocchi, baby carrots, and carrot-top pesto. Rich, comforting, and deeply flavorful — a dish built for late-winter evenings.
Dessert finishes the meal with a bright lemon bar, layered with lemon curd, shortbread crust, vanilla bean Chantilly, and citrus marmalade.
Optional wine pairings are available with each course.

Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
