Chef’s Tasting Menu at Table 128
A Three-Course Seasonal Dinner with Optional Wine Pairings – Saturday, October 18, 2025
Every Saturday at Table 128, we offer a one-night-only dining experience that reflects the very best of the season. Each week’s menu is designed with intention—celebrating flavor, balance, and the simple joy of gathering at the table.
This week’s tasting embraces the flavors of autumn in full swing. We begin with herb-whipped goat cheese, served with our house bacon jam and crisp flatbread. The second course features pan-roasted duck breast, paired with roasted butternut squash, charred broccolini, and a spiced fig glaze—a rich, layered dish that captures the comfort of the season. For dessert, we’ll close the evening with pumpkin panna cotta, lightly spiced with cinnamon and allspice, and topped with cream for an elegant, seasonal finish.

From the Table 128 Team
At Table 128, food is our way of telling stories—of the season, the land, and the people who gather around the table. This week’s story is one of comfort and contrast: goat cheese and bacon jam for warmth and salt, duck and fig for richness and spice, and a silky pumpkin panna cotta to close on something soft and sweet.
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is available every Saturday evening and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Whether you join us for the tasting or order from the standard menu, we’d be honored to cook for you this weekend.
What is the Chef’s Tasting Menu?
Our Chef’s Tasting Menu is completely optional and offered in addition to our regular à la carte dinner menu. Guests may choose the three-course tasting (with or without wine pairings) or order from the standard Table 128 menu — it’s entirely up to you.
